HDLIVE provides a platform for live streaming, VOD sharing, and event management. Our services include 4K live streaming, mobile broadcasting, content management, and related features.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of our platform, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. YouTube Integration
Our platform offers integration with YouTube through Google OAuth. By connecting your YouTube account, you authorize HDLIVE to:
- Create and manage live streams on your behalf
- Access your YouTube channel information necessary for streaming
- Store only the refresh token required for these operations
We do not access, store, or share any other YouTube account data. You can disconnect your YouTube account at any time, which will automatically delete all associated data from our systems.
5. User Content
You retain all rights to the content you stream or upload to our platform. However, you grant HDLIVE a license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide our services.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to:
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringing on intellectual property rights
- Distributing harmful or offensive content
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
7. Privacy and Data Protection
We take your privacy seriously. Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service.
8. Payment Terms
Payment for our services is due at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your payment method.
9. Cancellation and Refunds
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with our services. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. Live streaming services may not be eligible for refunds once the service has commenced.

HDLIVE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Google API Services
Our application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
